CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return all good(s) and any benefit (i.g. interests) received. If goods cannot be returned, in part or in total, or if they cannot be returned in optimal conditions, you might have to make an offer of compensation. In case of goods supply, this is not valid if the damage caused can only be assessed by checking the goods, as it would have been possible in a shop. You may avoid the obligation of a compensation for the damage caused by the proper use of the goods by avoiding using the goods as if they were of your own property as well as avoiding any actions that could reduce the goods' value.
Goods that can be sent by parcel must be sent back at our own peril. You must comply with the reimbursement obligations within 30 days. The period shall begin, for you, on the day in which the withdrawal declaration or the goods are sent, and for us, on the day we receive them.
The right of withdrawal falls short if the agreement is fully complied with by both parties on your specific request and before you exercise your right of withdrawal.
